Rental Rates

All rates include full use of all common areas, towels, bed linens and free parking. Please note that the Sweetwater Luxury Bunkhouse is not a bed & breakfast. Our guests have full use of the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Renting both rooms on the same floor: This will provide the privacy of the double bath on that floor, and an additional 5% reduction in the above rates.

Renting the whole house for "sole use": The sofa in the second floor, TV room converts to a double bed. Therefore, persons wishing to rent the entire house may do so for a maximum of 10 guests (no minimum). Please call for availability of whole house rental.

Discounts7 or more nights - 15% discount from above rates
14 or more nights - 30% discount from above rates

Note: All rates subject to additional 6% tax; 5% local lodging tax and 1% EcoVillage usage fee.

Maximum guests per room: Two

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Maximum stay: 30 nights

Reservation deposit: A deposit equal to the amount of your first night must be paid at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is not refundable if your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or less of your approximate arrival time. Otherwise it will be refunded.

Cleaning: For guests staying more than one week, cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas will be provided weekly at a cost of $25 per cleaning.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking accommodation.

Pets: Sorry, in consideration of our allergy-sensitive guests, we do not allow pets.

Our Refund Policy If your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or less of your arrival day/time, we regret that we must charge you the full first nights deposit. If cancellations are made prior to 24 hours of your arrival date/time you will receive a full refund.
